Hydropower plant facilities are artificial elements that transforms the natural environment and the above-ground buildings appear as "signal lanterns" in this redesigned environment. They are dimensioned according to functional requirements and their interrelations are determined by the logic of underground tunnels. Dematerialized translucent volumes, into and out of operation mode, indicate human impact in environmental design.
